Villaggio Ca' Laguna has prepared contracts and conditions of use regulating
relations with its customers.
Rental Agreement
General lease conditions
1) The lease contract is strictly personal. The sublease or the assignment
of the lease agreement to a third party is forbidden. The number of people
occupying the accommodation is limited to the number of beds provided. In
the event of non-observance of this term, the customer is obliged to pay a
penalty of € 60,00.
2) A security deposit of €100,00, which is intended to be unfruitful,
will be returned at the end of the lease period, except in the case of serious
demages to the rented property.
3) A deposit equal to 30% of the total holiday price will be requested on
booking and shall be paid in advance by credit transfer. The final payment
shall be paid at the arrival date by cash or by circular check.
4) The tenant commits himself to respect the internal regulations of Ca'Laguna
Village.
5) The rental price includes cold and hot water charges, electricity, gas.
6) Bookings: bookings become binding only after the payment of the deposit.
Arrivals and departures take place on Saturday
7) Accomodation: the bungalows are put at customers' disposal between 17:00
and 20:00 p.m. on the arrival date and are to be left within 10:00 a.m. on
the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out times are possible only
by prior arrangement. The prices for the check-in
from 20:00 to 09:00 am is 50,00 €. If the customer does not occupy the reserved bungalow
within 18:00 p.m. the day after his arrival, without any prior notification,
the Village reserves the right to keep the deposit and to open rental on the
customer's reserved period of time.
8) The direction is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in the
rented bungalow.
9) Cancellations: for any reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to
the arrival date, a 50% refund of the deposit amount will be returned. No
refunds are given for any reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior to
the scheduled arrival.
10) The parties declare that the above-mentioned lease agreement ist not subject
to the Italian law 329/78 art. 26 as to the duration and the price of the
lease. The parties also declare that bungalows are to be used for the enjoyment
of holiday and leisure purposes only.11) The “holiday use only” restriction forbids persons using bungalows
as their main home or as their workplace.
12) Ca' Laguna Village has achieved ISO 14001 certificate for its Environmental
Management system.
13) In case that a customer, once entered the bungalow, notes that
something is lacking or that the bungalow is not sufficiently cleaned,
he is kindly requested to inform the reception's team to solve the
problem as soon as possible. If the customer finds something lacking in

14) If the customer decides not to buy the optional for the final cleaning,
he must carry out this duty by himself. If he does not, he shall pay a €50,00
penalty.
15) In April, May and September are not warranted the Waterpark open, the
entertainement, the game room and the library.
16) The direction reserves at any time the right to suspend one or more services,
if the security and safety standards for our guests could be put at risk.
Behaviors that could offend the members of Ca'Laguna staff or actions that
could demage the property or disturb the peace or annoy the other residents
in the Village are prohibited. Guests must respect the following quiet hours:
from 13:00 till 15:30 and from 23:00 till 8:00.
17) Domestic pets are allowed within the Village but are not permitted in
the waterpark. Dogs must be kept muzzled and leashed and dog owners are required
to quickly remove and properly dispose of all faecal matter deposited by their
dogs.
Specific cleaning conditions
The final cleaning of the bungalow is not included in the rental price: guests
can buy this optional or can decide to carry out this duty autonomously.
If the customer requires this optional, it will be carried out by an outside
firm. If this did not happen, the customer is kindly requested to promptly
inform the reception's team to solve the problem as soon as possible.
If the customer preferes to do the final cleaning himself, his bungalow
will
be inspected on the departure day, after the return of the keys to
the reception, by an outside firm between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.
If the bungalow is not in neat and clean condition, the customer is obliged
to pay a € 50,00 penalty.
Customers arriving to the Village on Sunday, will receive the final cleaning
service free of charge.
Conditions for using the catering service
Restaurant Service Use
1) The customer that ask the formula “Lunches”, the formula “Dinners”
or the formula “Lunches + Dinners” :
a) He receives a form at home to choose among the first and the main courses
to have during the holidays, that he can modify till 24 hours before the meal
b) He has to send back the form together the forms of the public security
and the contract of lease.
2) Once arrived at the Village and done the enter practices he can go to the
restaurant where he can seat to the reserved table.
3) Sitting at the table the customer can ask to the waiter the meal (the time
of the service at the table can change, it dependes on the number of
the customers).
4) In the restaurant the customer finds a table with fruits and vegetables
self service where he can help himself.
5) The Restaurant at lunch close the table service at 14:00, at dinner close
the table service at 22:00.
6) In the Restaurant hall there is always the responsible, so every doubt,
remark or request can be asked directly to him
7) The products bought as the meat and the fish are always of first class
and they can be frozen.
8) Formula "lunches + dinners" begins with the dinner of the Saturday
of the arrival and it stops with the lunch of the Saturday of the departure.
9) Formula "lunches" begins with the lunch of the Sunday next the
Saturday of the arrival and it stops with the lunch of the Saturday of the
departure.
10) Formula "dinners" begins with the dinner of the Saturday
of the arrival and it stops with the dinner of the Friday before the
Saturday of the departure.
Food cooking
The cooking of the foods is an essential element to guarantee an wholesome
food. It is established inside of an handbook, the compulsory manual
HACCP for all the structures that give foods and drinks.
The food cooking for some products can be different of the normal cooking
of the plain foods, but it guarantees the safely of the product.
Condition for the grant of the refreshment service:
1) The customer can require the grant of the refreshment when
he is booking or at every moment of his stay at Ca’ Laguna.
2) The Village can refuse to supply the Restaurant service if the security
conditions do not subsist or if the available places are sold out.
3) If the customer is not satisfied with the service, can require the cessation
of the service, provided that he does not have taken advantage of a number
of meals higher than 50% of the total; to do it he must present the receipt
of the payment (which will be cancelled).Money will be, therefore, returned
keeping the difference between the paid total and the meals already consumed.
Conditions for using the waterpark
1.The
daily admission fee to the water park is include in the price of the
Club Card.
2.The direction reserves the right to suspend this service if the security and
safety standard conditions for our guests could be put at risk.
3.Hydromassage systems come into operation alternately for a time programmed by
a timer. These attractions are inoperative during quiet hours, from 12:30 to 15:30
p.m. and after 18:30 p.m.
4.Waterslides come into operation only if the security and sefety standard conditions
for our guests are fully guaranteed. These attractions are turned off during quiet
hours, from 12:30 to 15:30 p.m and after 18.30 p.m.. During evening opening hours,
from 21:00 to 22:00 p.m., the waterslides are on.
5.Sun beds and sun umbrellas are a payable service and can be rented at the Village
until exhaustion. Guests can enter the water park with their own sun beds and
sun umbrellas.
6.For safety reasons, lifeguards can ask our guest to move to another part of
the waterpark.
7.For entering the water park, it is compulsory to always wear a plastic bracelet,
which will be given to our guests at the arrival date.
8.Regular inspections will be carried out by our personal to verify the presence
of no paying guests.
9.Behaviors which can offend our staff members or actions which can demage the
property or annoy the other residents are prohibited. The internal regulations
of the Village and those specific to the water park are to be strictly observed.
The opening hours of the water park: 09.30– 19:00 (evening opening hours
are fixed by the direction from 21: 00 to 23:00).
10. The direction can decide at any moment to close the water park if the security
and safety standard conditions for or guests could be put at risk.
11.No refunds will be given in case of rain or in the event of natural events
that may prevent the guests from using the water park
12.If guests do not observe the above mentioned rules, they can be expelled from
the water park without any refund.
13.Pets in water park are not permitted.
Conditions concerning the entertainment service
1.The enterteinement internal at the village can have taken advantage only and
exclusively from the customers of the village.
2. The Village can refuse to supply such a service if the security conditions
do not subsist.
3. The table concerning the activities to payment, internal and outside, will
be available inside the village.
4. The Village does not take responsibility for activities outside, which are
of competence of the respective distributing structures of the service.
5. Are not tolerate acts which damage the staff, the structure or the quiet
stay. However is necessary respect the internal regulation of the Village and
the timetables exposed in the enterteinement table.
